- To return or exchange an uncommon and unfortunate damaged piece, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We are here to guide you through the process.
- In cases other than shipping damage or product defects, a restocking fee of 25% may be applied. This is in addition to any shipping and handling charges incurred for the return.
- To receive a credit, returned items must be in their original condition.
