-RETURNS: In general, since all orders are produced to order and we do not stock items, we do not accept returns. Some special exceptions may be granted depending on each case. If the return is authorized by our returns team, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for shipping items back in proper packaging, and in unused, resalable condition. We do not accept returns for custom merchandise. All sales are final.

Interior Mojo’s Vinyl Floor Mats, Rugs and Runners have a distinctive look and feel. They are not intended to look new and in fact should more closely resemble a historic, acquired vintage product or found item. All vinyl is intentionally aged distressed for a more historic appeal. Due to the manufacturing process please expect some variation in colors.
All floor mats, rugs and runners are made with two-ply vinyl that has a latex padded backing. It is about 1/16”- 1/8” thick and can fit under most doorways and beneficial for wheelchair accessibility. The material is flat and has a certified non-slip surface. It is non-flammable, does not contain harmful phthalates, and UV-resistant for up to three years.
All vinyl products are made for indoor/controlled outdoor. While they are fade-resistant in direct sunlight and durable against the elements, it is important to follow these instructions: If your floorcloth gets wet or is left in the rain, dry the top side, and flip it over to allow the underside to dry. This prevents mold and warping. Always make sure that the vinyl is secured in place, as high winds may cause damage. Covered patios or screened-in porches are preferable in outdoor settings to ensure that a long-life span. We do not recommend carpet pads. They are approved for most flat surfaces. It will not damage or discolor hardwood floors. When used on tile with wide grout, please be aware that furniture legs or high heel shoes may puncture the floorcloth. Use caution! We do not recommend use on carpet, gravel, or any other uneven surface.
While this vinyl is durable, it is not indestructible. Do not drag heavy furniture across it and be careful of stiletto heels or other sharp objects. Always use felt pads under table and chair legs. Vinyl Care Sheet (included with every shipment)
Do not use floor cleaning chemicals, scrub brushes, or vacuums on the vinyl. First, try a damp cloth with water. For stubborn jobs try diluted hand soap on a cloth or soft sponge.
Our FLOOR MATS, RUGS AND RUNNERS are marketed as accent rugs; however, they can be used in permanent applications as well. For instructions on how to permanently adhere, please email mojo@interiormojollc.com
The vinyl is simple to clean. Dust mop the floor to ensure all loose dirt and/or grit is removed. Just wipe it down with a damp cloth. For stubborn jobs try diluted hand soap and rinse thoroughly after washing. Do not use dish soap, harsh chemicals, or abrasives, which will wear off the finish and colors of the vinyl. Do not use scrub brushes, or vacuums on the vinyl as this will damage the floorcloth.
The pattern and color of our floor mats can considerably affect the appearance of a space. Our patterned floorcloths will help conceal dust and dirt.
 The vinyl is durable in high traffic areas, but it is not indestructible. Use reasonable caution and care on this product. Do not drag metal or furniture across the surface. Always use caution when wearing high heels. All furniture legs require felt pads with 7/32" thickness. Clean up all spills as soon as they occur. This will prevent staining.

For outdoor use, when installing outdoors, be sure to anchor your Vintage Vinyl® securely to prevent wind damage. Please note, we only cover manufacturing defects.
If you are installing over stained concrete or treated surfaces, make sure the surface is properly cured before installation, as residual solvents, such as acetone or chemicals might damage the non-slip surface. When your vinyl gets wet due to rain be sure to periodically flip over to dry and prevent mildew. Please note, we do not recommend poolside use.

Each plant is carefully preserved to maintain its natural shape and color and then hand trimmed and arranged by skilled artisans.
Interior Mojo plants require no “sun, soil, or water” and are maintenance free. Wherever a plant is needed Interior Mojo has the
solution in beauty, function, and price.

All Forever Green Art plants and floral arrangements are naturally preserved using a simple glycerin solution in combination with the controlled
heat and humidity of one of our preservation rooms. For preservation, glycerin use is food grade (kosher) and totally safe for you and your pets.

During the preservation process heat and low humidity dehydrates the plants and flowers, forcing them the "drink" the glycerin solution
to rehydrate. The glycerin solution then solidifies in the plant and preserves it for all time.

During this process FDA approved food grade dyes are added to enhance a plants natural color or even change the natural colors
- as is the case for many or our floral elements.

There are actually a few things you need to do to keep your Interior Mojo plants looking beautiful for years to come. DO NOT water your plant.
DO NOT put your plant in direct sunlight. It is not recommended that you place your plant outdoors as this may reduce its lifespan and make it
vulnerable to insects, deer and jealous neighbors.

DO occasionally dust your plant with a light feather duster. You may also use canned air to spray off accumulated dust while keeping the tip
at least 2 inches from the plant. DO put your plant in a prominent part of your home or office and show it to all that visit.

The life of our products varies by type, but you should expect than the following:
Junipers: 7+ Years
Floral: 7+ Years (due to increased handling)
Bonsai: 7+ Years
Eucalyptus: 10+ Years
Palms: 7+ Years
